These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bb4k platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

bb4k operates an online gaming and entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If any amendments are made to the Terms, the updated version will be published on this page.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest tactics.

• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Creating multiple accounts for the same person or members of the same household.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or security.

Account Security

Ensuring the security of your bb4k account is your own responsibility. Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

bb4k will never ask for your password or full payment details by phone, email, or live chat under any circumstances. Such requests may be a sign of fraud.

bb4k provides secure transaction facilities through Bangladesh's popular mobile payment methods. All financial transactions are protected via SSL encryption.

Supported Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on bb4k are currently available through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal Time

After a successful request, the withdrawal amount generally reaches your chosen payment method within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Important Deposit Conditions

• The name of the depositor and the name on the payment account must match.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• The same payment method used for deposit may be required for withdrawal.
• bb4k reserves the right to verify any transaction it considers suspicious.

Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is deemed fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious, bb4k reserves the right to cancel that transaction and suspend the associated account.

bb4k offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please understand these conditions thoroughly before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,200. Depositing ৳34,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳54,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered to withdraw the bonus winnings.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn without meeting the bonus conditions.
• bb4k reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through dishonest means may result in account cancellation.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Regular players at bb4k can enjoy the benefits of our VIP loyalty program. The program has five levels in total:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Players can gradually advance to higher levels through regular play. bb4k reserves the right to change the structure or benefits of the VIP program at any time. Members will be informed of any changes in a timely manner.

All content on the bb4k platform — logos, trademarks, graphic designs, software code, text, images, and other materials — is the intellectual property of bb4k. Copying, distributing, or reusing this content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Third-party games, software, and content on the platform remain the property of their respective providers. Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, and other provider names are their own trademarks.

Users may use platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes. However, any commercial use or modification is strictly prohibited.

The bb4k platform is operated on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons.

Force Majeure

bb4k reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraud or fraudulent activity is proven.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• False or misleading information has been provided.
• Evidence of bonus system abuse is found.

Any bonus balance may be forfeited prior to account cancellation. However, legitimate deposit balances will be returned after verification, unless evidence of fraud is found.
